About this store

Amino Protocol Labs offers materials exclusively for laboratory research. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the shipping and replacement policies linked below.

Research use and eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use this store and purchase its products. Products are not offered for human or veterinary use, personal administration, or the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease. You are responsible for ensuring that the materials are appropriate for your lawful laboratory work and are handled and stored appropriately.

Product information and analytical documentation are provided for research reference. A certificate of analysis describes the tested sample and reported methods; it does not establish clinical safety, efficacy, sterility, or suitability for administration. We do not provide dosing, treatment, or clinical advice.

Products and prices

Review each product’s compound, vial quantity, blend composition where applicable, and batch information before ordering. Prices are in US dollars. Product photographs show the product presentation; labels and packaging may vary by batch. Stock availability, applicable discounts, and taxes are shown during checkout.

Orders and payments

Submitting an order generates an order-received email and payment instructions. It does not mean payment has been received. We send a separate confirmation after manually verifying receipt of payment, and fulfillment begins after that verification.

For cryptocurrency, send only the exact quoted asset on the stated network to the address shown for your order. Quotes are valid for 15 minutes. If a quote expires, contact us for a new invoice before sending payment. If you already sent payment, do not send it again; email your order number and transaction ID so we can review it. Network or wallet fees charged by your provider are separate from your order total.

Eligible crypto payments receive 10% off the merchandise subtotal. Only payment methods and promotions displayed as available at checkout may be used. If Zelle is available, enter only your order number in its memo, such as #1234. We verify payment in our receiving account; screenshots do not establish payment receipt.

If there is an order, pricing, payment, or inventory problem, we will contact you before proceeding. Contact support promptly about an incorrect payment, incorrect network, overpayment, or underpayment so we can review the situation; recovery of a transfer sent to an incorrect network or address may not be possible.

Shipping and replacements

Shipping is free within the United States. Orders ship the day after payment confirmation, with estimated UPS delivery in 3–5 days after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for details. Returns are not accepted; damaged vials and product-quality issues are handled under our Returns & Replacements Policy. These terms do not limit remedies required by applicable law.

Keep your contact and shipping details accurate and your account credentials secure. Contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information used to operate the store and fulfill orders.
