Shipping Policy

Free shipping

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders ship the day after payment is confirmed. We use UPS with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Your payment-pending email is not confirmation that payment has been received.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you with the revised timing and the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. If your shipment is delayed or missing, contact us with your order number so we can help.

Complimentary reconstitution solution

Your first order, or an order with a merchandise subtotal over $200 after discounts, qualifies for one complimentary 10 mL Reconstitution Solution vial. Tax does not count toward the threshold. The offers do not combine to provide two free vials. The complimentary item is shown in your cart when available and uses the same inventory as the retail 10 mL product.

Addresses and tracking

Check your shipping address before placing your order. Email us promptly if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Tracking information is provided when the shipment is prepared.
